Customer Service is at the fore front of all we do. We believe in top quality service both before and after the sale. You can count on our top quality delivery professionals to transport your Fusion Collection theater Seating purchase to your location in showroom condition.

Regular Curb side delivery is included in the price of your purchase. Curb side delivery utilizes a lift gate to insure a blemish free delivery. Ultimate home Entertainment will provide the tracking info after the chairs are shipped, for easy shipment tracking on=line. Customers will recieve a call from the delivery company to schedule a delivery after the freight is brought to a local terminal. Customer should be present when the chairs are delivered and should to inspect the boxes for any damages. Should any box damages be found the customer can request the driver to open a box and inspect the furniture. Any damages should be recorded and noted on the bill of laden that the customer will sign upon receiving the furniture.

White Glove delivery includes delivery and set up of your Fusion Collection Home Theater Seating in your home. White glove delivery includes set up of the chairs in the room of customer’s choice (2 flights of stairs are covered) and taking the debris out. *Please note White Glove Delivery fees are non-refunable.
