I just recently purchased 4 chairs from the Streamline collection. I was a little reluctant to buy something without ever seeing them, but Roman was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and the reviews of his product line helped me pull the trigger.
Due to the pandemic creating issues with manufacturing and shipping, it took a fair amount of time for me to receive the chairs. Roman was very good at communicating with me and I never felt like I was out of the loop. He was doing everything he could for me to receive me chairs as soon as possible!
Now that I have them, I couldn’t be happier. They are very high quality and I have received numerous compliments from friends. I would recommend Roman to anyone.

Overall Good Experience
Decided that we wanted home theater seating in our basement remodel. Did some research online, browsed some website and decided on some features we wanted. UHE/Roman was always quick to respond to questions and able to explain details about what we were buying. It’s a little concerning to drop $$$ on something you’ve never sat in or seen in person but Roman’s answers and reviews of his products online made me feel more comfortable. Seating arrived on time and intact. One minor issue was handled quickly and professionally. All in all a good buying experience.

Like many others, I found the chairs on Avsforum.com and was very happy with the fast and friendly communications with Roman. The delivery guys were pretty good and got the chairs assembled quickly.
One of the trays look like it had been dropped and damaged before being put into the bubble wrap (like in the factory in China) but Roman was happy to refund me a little money when I sent the pictures.
The one comment I have for anyone purchasing the Streamlines is that the adjustable lumbar support is a little higher up on the back than ideal, but the chairs are pretty comfortable overall. The leather is nice and the espresso color is great.

I ordered 8 of the Fusion Streamline 1017 chairs from Roman at Ultimate Home Entertainment and I could not be happier. All the chairs shipped very fast (The day of my order) and arrive in 3 days. Initially I was a little nervous about ordering seats that I had not tried, but Roman was very patient and answered all my questions promptly. The seats are very comfortable and supporting which is critical for me as I have a bad back. I ordered white glove delivery and they did a great job of setup and haul away of all the packaging. I would not hesitate to order from Roman again. Great guy, fast service, great products and a fantastic price.

Fusion Streamline-1017
We purchased three of the Fusion Streamline-1017 recliners with the power lumbar in them. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and especially the service we received. Roman was ALWAYS available for help and/or advise. . . . .I think he sleeps with his computer!!
The chairs were delivered in a very timely manner and they were all in perfect condition when received. They were packed very well. They went together easily and fast. Now it is hard to get anything else done around the house as we just want to sit and relax in them!!
For anyone who is hesitant about ordering from this company, please be assured you will be treated fairly and honestly and be very pleased with your purchase. And Roman will always be there to help you in any way he can. The chairs are everything he said they would be and more. What an excellent company to deal with. Fusion Streamline-1017
Spent ages looking around for chairs to buy, and it soon became apparent that finding chairs that I could try was going to be almost impossible. And while there were a lot more options online, nobody came close to having the reputation of Roman & Ultimate Home Entertainment so, I decided to get the Fusion Collection Streamline seating from him.
Before I comment on the chairs, I must absolutely endorse everything that has been said in other reviews about Roman and his commitment to customer service – the guy is an absolutely pleasure to deal with and is very true to his word. Delivery was arranged at a time that suited me perfectly and the chairs arrived in perfect condition. Which brings me to the chairs….
These chairs are awesome! I opted for the brown, bonded leather finish and was a little wary initially of the bonded leather but I needn’t have worried – I had based my concerns on the type of bonded leather that I had seen being sold in major furniture stores. The bonded leather on the Fusion chairs is a totally different class – it feels and looks fantastic and seems like it will be very durable.
The power recline is great, as it the power lumbar support, which I had not seen on any other chairs that I had considered. The addition of the USB port in each chair is also a welcome bonus!
Ultimately, I might have paid a little more than I could have done at other online retailers, but the peace of mind from dealing with Roman and his reputation made it a no-brainer.
